verse’s last show
Last night I went to the band Verse‘s last show ever, in Providence. It somehow made me remember why I used to be so into hardcore and punk shows, and made me feel alive in a way that I had completely forgotten about for years. Something about being part of this mass of people, all sweaty and screaming, and you are screaming with them, and maybe you are screaming about the same things and maybe you aren’t, but there is something connecting you with every other person there that is really amazing.
